In August of 2002, I made my first trip to Belize via Cancun, and like many, I felt a peacefulness and wonderful blend of culture surrounded by Caribbean blue water that I was searching for. After more research and trips, I secured an investment, which later became a home for me in Belize.

Evelyn is the Team’s Rock. Raised and educated in Belize, she began her real estate career as a dedicated office assistant while simultaneously pursuing higher education. From early on, she developed a deep passion for the industry. With over 18 years of hands-on experience, her expertise spans Belize compliance regulations, transaction coordination, and also proudly serves as a Justice of the Peace. While our agents are out showing properties and securing deals, Evelyn is the steady presence behind the scenes, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly and every detail is handled with care.
